Test Prop @ 500mg/wk weeks 1-8
Test Prop @ 750mg/wk Weeks 8-10
Tren Ace @ 750mg/wk weeks 4-8
Just finished my last pin today of test.
PCT: Nolva, HCG, Clen
Goals: I want to rip my new mass down to about 8% bf and weigh about 200lbs
My question is what is the best way to go about this. Is it better to try to hold on to my mass until i finish PCT, then try to cut weight or is it ok to go ahead and get started.
My average calorie intake on cycle was about 4200 calories, having done that i have gained a lot of weight in my face. The first place i gain weight in my body is in my neck and cheeks and i cant stand it but I'm getting off in another tangent. What should my target calories be and training/cardio splits. I personally have never tried to cut weight since i have always been a hard gainer and that is what i have primarily have focused on for 5 years so i am totally lost on how to do it.
