T3/Clen

Hey Guys... Have a question. ive been readin over some threads and i have not found the answer that im looking for yet so i figured id just ask on a new topic. I have Liquid Clen and I have T3 in the pill form. can someone please tell me the dosage for the T3 please? Im assuming that all T3 pills come in the same dosage. The Dosage cycle that I have for liquid clen is for 21 day (3 weeks) Im looking to start monday, but can some one tell me how to take the T3. An is there anything extra i should pick up, i know with the clen the last cycle i had to take potassium and Taurine. thanks in advance....

Most people (that I know at least) don't take clen for more than 2 weeks at a time without keto as well.. (I've heard benadryl works the same as keto.)
