Keto is terrible for test. levels, but you would be on cycle...I believe keto raises cortisol levels too.

don't keto. i've done it and lost so much muscle mass in the past. not worth it at all.

THat is interesting, I have done both T3 and keto (and at the same time) and found keto to be very effective. How did you do your keto?

i was stating it depends on diet while on t3.. to make a valid comparison between a T3 diet (i.e. a 40/40/30 macro or a high protein low carb.. or cycling carbs) vs keto diet..
its like saying whats better a shoe or a sock..

The shoe? LOL. I am not doing either but I had recently considered both. I have T3 so I was debaiting. I eat high protein and little carbs. Very clean. Im 6'1 and weight 244 today. 12-14%BF. I have been eating a little over meintence and cutting with cardio. But I think Im wanting to shed fat more then grow more. I have done larger cycles and gained a lot of mass while cutting a good bit of BF. So I was thinking if I really tried to lose the BF I could really make a huge differnce. Like I said I really aint ready to jump the gun but wanted some info. If one would be extream I would jump on it. but...... I dont know just learning as of this moment.

I ate low to zero carbs.

And about the test and cortisol levels on keto. I read about it in muscular development. I think I also saw it in the latest muscle and fitness or flex while I was browsing through it.
