age: 25, height: 5ft 10, weight: 11 stones, body fat: unknown........
my goal: put as much weight/muscle on in less than 2 months....
been training over 3 years, i consume just over 4,000 calories a day,
i mainly eat pasta, nuts, chicken, tuna, pasta cheese, bananas and few others.
i have usually have 5 meals a day, could anyone recommended me a cycle that has very fast gains? i dont want to become a bodybuilder or compete etc, my main priority is top increase size and strengh, all im asking is for a quick gain because im going on holiday in 2 months time and id like to gain as much as i can... i do not care if i put some fat on, i also take protien supplements.....
so guys im begging here lol, what cycle will help me gain even upto 13 stones? (im 11 stones) i know diet is important but as i said i do consume over 4,000 calories a day.....
i go gym monday to thursdays, 45 min-1 hour training....... i know some will say your to light to take gear but ive seen skinny people who taken steroids turn in big guys..... thanks......
