your diet needs to change before you try adding compounds, write out what you eat for a day and post it in detail(i want amount of protein/carbs/fat in EACH meal written out)

My experience has shown that Clen is a superior fat burner. The results are instant, it is anti-catabolic for me and gives me incredible strength increases.

I have heard consistent reports that Anavar is the ultimate compound but I guess I am the guy who says differently and respond differently then again, it appears few people reap the benefits of Clen like I do.

no idea where you heard that anavar is the ultimate compound, but it's not even close

i'd like to know how you figured out that clen was anti-catabolic in regards to you

I do diet and I do a min of 1 hour of cardio after weight training 5-6 days a week. I dont eat any junk food, lots of veggies, chicken, protein, etc. This bf% is from a scale which is inaccurate if you eat or workout hours before going on. I will get an accurate bf% tomorrow if I can.

Here on the board. It gets rave reviews like it is a heaven-send and complaints of its high price. I won't use it again. I agree

Well, let me tell you how I figured out that clen is anti-catabolic in regards to me.

I am able to add muscle tissue while using clen. Bodyfat analysis before and on shows a decrease of BF with an increase of LBM but hey, don't take my word for it.

The strength increases for me on clen are incredible. I have done 1200 lbs calf-raises and have shrugged 7.5 plates for a set of 7 reps on just clen... feats I have yet to duplicate on AAS.

Taurine does nothing to prevent the cramping. I just deal with it as best I can.

Back in the early 90s when clen first became a craze, there were reports of clen being regarded as an alternative to AAS. I don't remember the dosages they were referring to, but there wasn't much mention to the jitters, racing heart type sides we hear now.

I was gonna say, that's pretty high. With how your training looks and if you eat how you say you do, then I would think you'd be pretty lean already.

Get an accurate body fat measurement and post your exact diet.

Yes, it was touted as the next great thing. In Canada, track and field athletes were all over it from sprinters to jumpers. The athletes I trained all increased their personal bests. A good friend, a 200m, 400m and 800m runner, shrugged slightly less than I and at a body-weight of less than 180 lbs. The guy was shredded as well. 2 days on, 1 day off over 6 weeks. I never knew a guy so light could make a bar bend like that. I have a few other crazy strength stories of athletes using this stuff. Amazing.

I have used the pump with the greatest success. Jitters but no cramps other than minor foot cramps. Immediately melted fat away. Pumped the muscle up giving it a full appearance and I did gain quality muscle. One alcoholic drink and I was $hitfaced.

I have used the powder mixed with liquid. Simply brutal for headaches, jitters and cramps. Weak fat burning.

I have used the injectable. Zero cramps, zero headaches but very weak for fat burning and strength compared to the pump.

Now I am on the tablets and find them second best to the pump. More cramping but the fat burning results are almost as good and strength is almost as good to.

My tolerance to the clen was greater in my early 20's then it is to the tablets in my late 30's. I maxed out at 200 mcgs with the pump but can't go over 120 mcgs with the tablets. My goals have radically changed as well.

    For the OP;

I found that clen works even with a "lousy" diet when it comes to burning fat. However, a clean diet should give you more impressive results.

You've alreaddy been told. Write out an example, meal by meal, of what you typically eat in a day. Write down the times you eat the meals too.

Sounds like you've had your fair share of experience with clen. If you don't mind me asking, do you have any side effects from having used clen for some many years (off and on, I know)? Any BP problems or anything related (atleast of what medical tests can tell)?

I assume the "pump" is the inhaler?

What dosing protocol did you have the best results with? There's so many I've read (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, while ramping up doses - 5 days on, 2 days off, etc.)?

i would assume the pump, is actually the pump. the true clen. its a bottle, with a pump handle you screw into it. just like a bottle of hand lotion has a pump. you can still buy it in agricultural stores, but it seems to be hard to come by on the black market anymore. everything is from UGL now. and yes, the pump was hands down the best clen ive ever used as well. i dont get close to the same results with any of the tabs, or liquid clen going around now.

The pump is a 200ml clear plastic bottle with blue label. It has a hand pump on the top and it pumps out 1 ml of clen (correct me if I am wrong). I believe it is dosed at 200 mcgs per ml. It is not the inhaler. It is a dispensing bottle.

I used one "pump" per day before 1 pm. I did 2 on and 1 off for 6 weeks, came off for 4-8 weeks then back on. No ramping up once I found the sweet spot.

I used this protocol for 2 years and had no ill effects other than the usual ones mentioned.

I will say it is hard on the heart. I am back on it after a few years layoff and initially I was questioning whether I was going to use it again due to the jitters and pounding heart. I will like to try albuterol next time as the half life is shorter and it will clear my system sooner.

To me this is a wonder drug. I build a little muscle tissue on it, get freaky strong and lose fat rapidly. I already have a good base at 6'0' and 225-230 lbs so the clen leans and hardens me up and increases my vascularity.

I can drop at least 10 lbs of fat easy in one month on the clen.

I am unable to take it with Dbol though. It literally made my heart hurt this last cycle.

I had a long layoff from cycling (13 years) and was contemplating to use clen or AAS so I decide BOTH but then dropped the clen. Clen does not mess with your HPTA so this is a nice feature but you do rebound quickly being off the clen.

The fat comes back rapidly. I used to train female models in my younger days and the women loved the clen but hated coming off because they would fill back out in a week.

I've been interested to try clen. I've ran albuterol before and liked it, but it felt somewhat weak. I think I needed a slightly higher dosage. I'm going to do some research between the two. Thanks for the information.

    Glad to have helped.

Let me/us know what your albuterol dosing is.

When I ran it, I was using 20mg a day (split into 4 doses of 5mg throughout the day) for 4 weeks (I think). It was about 2 years ago so I can't really remember. I read a lot about it then and liked the results, but I felt like I built a tolerance to it near the end. There was a reason why I didn't dose it 2 on, 1 off. I think I read that you didn't need a break like you did with clen.
