my clen,T3,keto cycle, any advice is greatly appreciated
Ok, so I've done alot of research on this site and this is the cycle I've come up with. If anyone could tell me if it sounds good or if I should make any changes it would be greatly appreciated.
My main goal is just to lose as much weight as possible but at a realistic rate.
I am planning on a 6 week cycle. I am also planning on taking the clen once in the morning and the T3 and keto at at bedtime.
My main concerns are: is it OK to take the T3 the whole cycle, as i have read should i be taking the keto from start of week 3 to finish and do I need taurine or anything else with it
Days 1 to 3: 60 mcg clen 100 mcg T3
Days 4 to 6: 80 mcg clen 100 mcg T3
Days 7 to 9: 100 mcg clen 100 mcg T3
Days 10 to 12: 120 mcg clen 100 mcg T3
Days 12 to 14: 140 mcg clen (if i can handle it) 100 mcg T3 and 1mg keto
From days 14 to 42: I may up the clen to 180 to 200 mcg depending on what I can handle and continue to take the T3 and keto in the same doses at bedtime.
From what I've read I shouldn't go over 100 mcg of T3 or 1 mg of Keto right?
Does this cycle look good or is there anything I should change?
Is there anything else I should be taking with it?
Do i need to taper down with any of these?
Any help is greatly appreciated, I plan to start tomorrow so any help is great.Thanks in advance all!

Yes, you should be tapering the T3 up and down.
You're starting a bit high on both the T3 and clen .

I'd start both t3 and clen at 20-40mcg then work your way up.

from what ive read you might want to ramp up the clen starting @ 25 or 50 the first 3 days. and not go over 100 and with the t3 also. i have never heard of anyone going over 125 of clen and i also reado do not go over 125 of t3. If I were you i would be safe 1st thing. i know what its like wanting to loos fat cause i did my 1st cycle of clen last month and i think it worked excellent even after the cycle was done. good luck. be safe

Thanks alot all.
I'm 5'5" 160lbs.I'm not sure of my body fat % and things like that b/c i don't really have anywhere to get that checked, my gym is realy old school.
