Ok, so I've done alot of research on this site and this is the cycle I've come up with. If anyone could tell me if it sounds good or if I should make any changes it would be greatly appreciated.
My main goal is just to lose as much weight as possible but at a realistic rate.
I am planning on a 6 week cycle. I am also planning on taking the clen once in the morning and the T3 and keto at at bedtime.
My main concerns are: is it OK to take the T3 the whole cycle, as i have read should i be taking the keto from start of week 3 to finish and do I need taurine or anything else with it
Days 1 to 3: 60 mcg clen 100 mcg T3
Days 4 to 6: 80 mcg clen 100 mcg T3
Days 7 to 9: 100 mcg clen 100 mcg T3
Days 10 to 12: 120 mcg clen 100 mcg T3
Days 12 to 14: 140 mcg clen (if i can handle it) 100 mcg T3 and 1mg keto
From days 14 to 42: I may up the clen to 180 to 200 mcg depending on what I can handle and continue to take the T3 and keto in the same doses at bedtime.
From what I've read I shouldn't go over 100 mcg of T3 or 1 mg of Keto right?
Does this cycle look good or is there anything I should change?
Is there anything else I should be taking with it?
Do i need to taper down with any of these?
