Welcome to the board!
At 21 years old.... with a proper diet..... you should be able to gain 20lbs without the use of anabolics.
Here is why i'm encouraging you not to jump on cycle..... If you jump on some test and increase your calories for the cycle and gain your 20lbs...... are you really going to keep up with the diet after the cycle? You will need to run a pct and inevitably you will drop a few pounds. If your diet isn't kept up to maintain that new mass..... you'll start droping weight and over the next 30-60 days after cycle..... you may lose it all.
at 21 years old you should be able to gain 20lbs without aas. I don't like to put a number on how much weight ones body should be able to hold naturally but i can assure you that at 6'0" tall..... you can get up to atleast 175lbs without the use of steroids. Why bother shutting yourself down at such a young age and risk the possibility of other problems for just 20lbs?
Good luck!

my diet is completely good and i cant seem to gain any damn muscle mass. here is a sample of what i usually eat
breakfast
2 whole eggs 2 eggs white with shredded cheese
oatmeal in milk
whole wheat toast
apple
orange juice
meal 2
protein shake lowfat milk, ovaltine, scoop of whey, bannana, peanut butter
meal 3
pork and beans
brown rice
turkey burger with 2 percent cheese and 2 whole wheat buns
meal 4
protein bar and turkey or tuna sandwich
meal 5
skinless chicken breast with honey mustard sauce and handful of walnuts and vegetable
i may vary a few things on there every other day or so but this is a typical diet for me i am at about 9 percent body fat
that is decent for your body weight what type of steroids have you thought about useing and what types of things have you researched as far as side effects, and pct? your goals are very possible with and with out steroids but considering your attitude of get it done and never have to worry about it again i doubt your traing and lifestyle would allow you to maintain any real gains made by steroids
Diet isn't completely good...... Hit the diet section.
yeah to gain weight I feel like you should be eating more. That is not enough calories IMO
im not really sure what steroids i am going to be using but i go to the gym at least 4 times a week, can run long distance but try to limit it to once a week since im trying to gain weight. what do you mean by my training and lifestyle i dedicate my life to eating right and lifting weights and supplements thats why I have finally decided to go for the roids. which kind would be best for what i am trying to accomplish i am trying to stay away from the needles.
If your diet was on point, you would be gaining weight. For steroids to work, you first have to have your diet and training down. It's important for you to be an expert on your own diet needs and you aren't even close. Visit the diet section and spend some time learning what it takes to put on and maintain size.
You could gain 20-25 lbs without the use of steroids.
LOL, pork and beans.
well ive made up my mind i am going to use them. so what would be the best type to use for what i want to do?
You're not taking anyone's advice, so why take advice on what steroids they would tell you? Who gives a shit, just take whatever, right?
6' tall and 153 lbs. is skrawny. You'll take the steroids for says 12 weeks, maybe put on 15 lbs at best, not run PCT and crash your natural test levels and then lose all your gains in the end.
So you are going to spend a couple hundred bucks to have 10-15 lbs of extra bodyweight for a couple months and then possibly screw up your natural hormone production?
You just want to look a little bigger for the summer only right?
More Calories. Try to eat around 18 to 20x your bodyweight in calories (153 x 20= 3060). Use a basic ratio of 40% Protein, 40% Carbs, 20% Fat.
Make sure they are good choices of food. Lean meats, complex carbs and good fats.
A diet similar to that with heavy training (and minimal cardio) will yield you permanent results as long as you keep it up.
Even if you eat like this and run a cycle, you have to continue these eating habits to be bigger.
Steroids can help you become bigger, but food is the ultimate driving force.
