Half joking but seriously do you have to feel around your nips for lumps to see if you are getting gyno or will any normal sane person notice. My left nip has been getting itchy as f but only in the mornings when i start working. Running test and dbol

i your nip is itchy/sensitive to the point your noticing then you probably have the starts of gyno do you have an AI

You are experiencing symptoms of developing gyno. You need to get some Adex or Aromasin, if you don't already have some. If you need to order, Nolva will work in the interim.

I'm on 500 mg test / wk
30 mg dbol daily

How much aromasin would you recommend and how long? I am in week 4 of 12 week cycle

Also, is this what is generally done as opposed to letro or nolva

Letro will kill alomost all your estrogen, you need some to make any gains. I would only use it as a last resort or to reverse already developed gyno.

Aromasin, or exemestane, is a suicide inhibitor, which means it blocks the aromatase enzyme. If you are already showing some signs, I would start at 25mg/day, once it is under control, drop to 12.5mg/day. You can run with Nolva with it too without the Nolva affecting the potency. A good Nolva dose with Aromasin would be 20mg/day.
