    -- Quick B12 question -- how to inject

    1) what size syringe and pin?

    2) how do you inject, intra-muscle like gear, or subQ like slin?

    Use an insulin needle, 1/2" long. Inject intramuscular, easiest place is the shoulder.

    You could inject B-12 either IM or SC.
