Why is Prop better than Enanthate for holding less water?

I'm pretty sure it's due to Estrogen convertion with the enanthate , the prop doesn't convert because it's not in the body long enough.

I'm sure someone could give a more detailed answer.

    Hope that helps out some.

I have heard that prop holds less water. I know I am holding a fair amount of water on Enanth right now, but I have never tried Prop.

Actually, you are on the right track. It's due to half-life and clearance of the molecule. Test is test, it doesn't matter what ester is attached to the test molecule. The ester ultimately gets removed leaving the free form of test, and all test will convert to estrogen. Since prop has a shorter half life you have increased clearance, so the time it spends in the body is the issue here. Increased clearance/decreased time in body means it wont be around as long compared to a test with a longer acting ester. But, if you are doing ED injections you can pretty much bet you will still have significant conversion to estrogen.
