3 weeks ago my doctor started me on depo testostrone 200ml/month for testostrone deffiency and wieght loss. Well I wanted to take it further so here I am. My question is I did the initial dose from the doctor and a week and a half later and 7 pounds lighter I started my own cycle 350ml that week and by the end of the week I have gained back 6 of the 7 pounds lost. I know I will not be able to answer a lot of your questions about calories and body fat percentage but my diet is pretty clean and has been for sometime because of trying to lose wieght. Protien shakes for breakfast, usually salads and chicken for lunch and a sensible dinner with snacks in between like apples, granola bars or protein bars. However like a normal person I do splurge now and then. I am by no means trying to get huge or turn into a bodybuilder but want to look good. Just trying to figure out if this is a normal gain in a week after 5 days of 1 1/2 to 2 hour intense workouts. Any help or advise will be apprieciated.
