    new and have question

    3 weeks ago my doctor started me on depo testostrone 200ml/month for testostrone deffiency and wieght loss. Well I wanted to take it further so here I am. My question is I did the initial dose from the doctor and a week and a half later and 7 pounds lighter I started my own cycle 350ml that week and by the end of the week I have gained back 6 of the 7 pounds lost. I know I will not be able to answer a lot of your questions about calories and body fat percentage but my diet is pretty clean and has been for sometime because of trying to lose wieght. Protien shakes for breakfast, usually salads and chicken for lunch and a sensible dinner with snacks in between like apples, granola bars or protein bars. However like a normal person I do splurge now and then. I am by no means trying to get huge or turn into a bodybuilder but want to look good. Just trying to figure out if this is a normal gain in a week after 5 days of 1 1/2 to 2 hour intense workouts. Any help or advise will be apprieciated.

    your diet needs looking at, once you have that sorted, everthing falls into place alot easier.

    If you have a testosterone deficiency, then you should work on that first before cycling or increasing the dosage. TRT isn't as easy as "take this amount". Everyone is different and everyone needs a specific dose. Work at that and after you find the right dose and have bloodwork done to make sure everything looks good, run that for awhile and let your body become used to that and let your blood levels be consistent for awhile. Then you can look into increasing your TRT dose into a cycle dose.
