Start of gyno?

I have no sensitivity but it appears that the little bumps that surround the nipple, like where the hair follicles come out, there are now some in the areola and when cold they do puff up. When warm they are normal with no puffyness and again no sensitivity. Problem is I don't know if they normally did this and I'm just paying more attention now cause I'm on cycle or if it's the start of gyno?

are you on cycle right now? Are you in pct? What are you taking? For gyno problems you probably need to get some exemestane or letro depending on what you are using right now.
