    When to inject

    When do you like to inject, a day before, hour before, 30 min before??
    Just curious.

    the workout. I do Monday-Friday about 2 hours a day in the gym, usually take sat and sun off, sometimes hit it on sat though. I was just curious how everyone else likes to take it(it would be the depo), the night before their workout, an hour before, right before, ????

    It doesnt matter when you inject regarding your workouts, just split them evenly up throughout the week so you have a stable blood level.
