Heart Enlargement? So much hype about this....

    Hey bros,

It's been a while! I've cycled a few times in the past and have maintained 6'4" and 245lbs of pretty solid muscle. (no abs though...;(...

Anyhow, my body reacts VERY well to small doses.

What I've found is that I can take Sustanon at only 350mgs of week and still gain 1-2lbs a week and my strength goes up 5-10lbs per week per lift, and I do a fairly good job of maintaining it when I PCT and go natty for a bit.

    ...

My blood pressure is 120/80 when I'm off and it doesn't get much higher by staying with moderate to small doses of Sustanon. (If I go Synthetic...Deca/Equipoise.....almost immediately my blood pressure goes through the roof.....so obviously I avoid all synthetics.)

    ...

I'm 33 years old, and every 6 months or so I like to run 10-12 weeks of 350mg of Sustanon.

What do you guys know about this "heart enlarging" stuff?

All these stories out there are making me kinda "hypo".

    Thanks bros,

    Iceman

Before anyone responds telling me 350mgs a week of Sustanon is garbage and won't work......please don't bother.

I've taken 750.....I've taken 1000 a week, I've stacked it with Dbol, and or Deca....

I know how my body reacts, and 350 a week for 12 weeks gives me awesome results. (I'm lucky I guess)

Firstly, no need to run large test doses, i don't know why people are so inclined to do so. I am more of a fan of running a low test dose (say 200-500mg/week) and a much higher dose of another AAS such as tren. So i agree with your low doses .

Your heart is a muscle, and as a muscle it will grow... slightly... very slightly. However, your heart will grow with any physical activity, as it is forced to beat faster and beat harder. Enlargement of the left ventricle is often seen with AAS, HOWEVER it is also seen with just natural resistance training. I have yet to find a study that conclusively link the enlargement of the left ventricle with that of AAS use.

There is nothing to worry about, but before AAS use it is good to get a CT or MRI of your heart to search for any genetic or other heart problems/diseases and clogged arteries. Such conditions can be made worse with the use of AAS. But if you do nto have any heart problems i would not be concerned.

Low doses work with me too. I recently ran 350mg/wk Test Prop and loved it. Yeah, I didnt gain 20-30lbs, but I put on 12-14lbs over 3 months and so far have lost 1-2lbs, thats it.

The heart will enlarge, yes. Its a muscle remember.

Keep your diet on point, cholesteral down and do sufficient cardio.

Get BW done too. I get it done every 4-5 weeks on cycle and every 2-3 months when off.

    Take time off too.

Ive been saying this for years, every body is different, awesome that you can get by with low dosages not to mention the money you save. My dosages have always been somewhat conservative and have always always lived by the cliche more isnt always necessarily better and have heard first hand from a dr who works alongside pros that even many pros are now not taking that 1g of test a week as many were doing a few years ago.

As for your question of heart enlargement, who knows bro. It may be a scare tactic to by the ama and aas activists. The jury is still out on many questions, lyle alzado....did aas play a part in his death ???? Again every body is different and if existing health problems exist which the user doesnt have knowledge of and starts using heavy doses of aas, this may be a problem.

The scientific research on aas are minimal but are rumored to cause...heart enlargement which im guessing is caused as a result of increased blood pressure, harder pumping = larger heart.

Seems like your bp is ok, and if we all, as "educated" aas users use proper supplements while on cycle such as hawhtorne berry, cq10 etc etc to control bp an important and vital operating function in our body, I believe we can be healthy while on aas.

Alot and I mean alot of guys take gear without any pct or even get labs done, now thats just playing russian roulette. These individuals are the guys winding up in hospitals complaining of issues resulting from UN-EDUCATED use of aas. Again im a believer if you use aas taking proper measures in proper doses you can live pretty healthy while on gear. OR IS THIS WISHFUL THINKING ???? lol

This is an opinion of mine only and ive read many many so called studies alot of which contradict themselves.

Good luck to you and keep doing what your doing look great in your avatar man
