Exclamation How should a begginer start his first cycle?

Hey, I've been looking around on the site and did some research on anabolic steroids and such.

I was wondering how one would start their first cycle out. What supplements i should use and how much. I was reading one site and it said to take 200mg Deca 200 once a week for 8 weeks.

Also what items/supplements are used to block estrogen and bring normal testosterone levels back.
Any other advise would be helpful.

    Thanks.

To be totally honest the best way for a begginer to start a cycle is to read up and get some knowledge. I aint talking about one or two threads, a bunch of reading. Research things like pct and different aas....and no you shouldnt start on deca first! Its always test bro. But dont go and get that just cause I said it do alot more research not only on aas but on diets as well. While your at it post your stats bro.

    Age:
    Weight:
    Work out history:
    Height:
    BF%:

more important is to set your goals... once you know where are you going either you wanna look like a Barbie's Ken or you wanna be a competitive bodybuilder then you can decide what is the best cycle to start with....

    PD: stay away from Deca!!!!

Well to answer all at once ill give you guys a round-a-bout look of my stats. Not sure but i am guessing weight/height, how long have i been working out and my goals.

Well first off i've been in football ever since 7th grade. I am now a senior and its been around 3 months since i last worked out. But i kept my cardio up to a mile and a half a day for 4 days a week. My weight is currently at 270, as far as my BMI goes i have no idea. I am 5'10. Other stats that you would need to know before you give me advise you'll have to tell me.

My goal as of now and for the few years ahead are: lean up a bit and get more mass.
Not a surprise to you guys i suppose.

    Thanks.

Also any websites or links on this web page to further increase my knowledge would help.

Just by reading this bro I can tell you that you are not ready for any juice. You have no solid base when it comes to weight training, your cardio is good. your 5'10" and weigh 270 im guessing your BF% is somewhere around 25% if even that and you are WAY to young to even think of taking any. You can accomplish all that natural by changing your diet and work out. You would be amazed on what your body can accomplish naturally! Good luck with your goals I hope you reach them and I am 100% sure you do not need aas to reach those goals just alot of hard work and dedication.

And I actually somewhat disagree with this you cant set a goal like this without your body being prepared to take aas, most important thing is to set up a good workout routine, diet, and build a solid base for when he does take any aas. I agree once you have your diet set properly and have been working out good for a couple of years and have a solid base then you can think which way you want to go but even then the basic first cycle will be test.

Well thanks for the comments. Read in a lot of places and even on this site that if one should start 18 should me the minimum. I am only about 1 month from that and don't think ill be growing much from then. But again like you guys know my experience and knowledge is poor on this. But lets say I do meet the "basic" starting area, and am 19 or 20 years of age. What should the cycle start with. I see the word "test" a lot and was wondering if it is sold on the banner on the main site.
If you would help that would be great.

    Thanks.

NO, you should be 25 before you start. And you need to have trained for enough time to KNOW what you are doing (not high school training, but real live gym training). And, you will need to research the proper diet necessary to achieve your goals. Then, get a couple of years under your belt with all of that new training and diet to see how well it works for you. Adjust training and diet as necessary to maximize your gains. When you can no longer gain with your perfect diet and training, then start entertaining taking AAS if it is still needed to make your goals.

You're several years away from being ready.

It sucks to wait bro, but you will be much better off in the long run if you do this right. So many start AAS without having a clue and they end up causing more damage then good. Work on getting a solid base and do your research in the meantime. Become an expert on the subject and you'll be a beast someday.
