hey all just some simple questions if i am contradicting myself...
im 26, 5'9, and i weigh in around 172-175 lbs each morning, iv been like this since last august...
since the weather is getting warmer, i stepped up my gym mentality, iv been supersetting/ tri-setting everything... usually lift for about 90 minutes and 10 mins of abs
i am trying to cut up but just wondering if im contradicting myself...
i feel i have a decent diet, and i do see nice gains ... or at least i think im seeing them
like i said im about 173 lbs , my max bench is 270 , otherwise i just rep 225-235, 5-6x
Im on the clen/t-3 currently, i started 3 weeks ago, so right now iv been off the clen for 8 days waiting to get back on
i take about 50+gs of whey after my workouts in the morning, then i go running 30 minutes at night and usually devour the casien protein before bedtime (both i mix w skim milk)
am i contradicting myself by taking the casein and such? should i stop using milk for the proteins?
i figure my calorie intake has got to be around 1800-2300 calories a day
im really really trying to go for that nice 8 pack look , taking forever lol...
