    Am I contradicting myself..

    hey all just some simple questions if i am contradicting myself...



    im 26, 5'9, and i weigh in around 172-175 lbs each morning, iv been like this since last august...

    since the weather is getting warmer, i stepped up my gym mentality, iv been supersetting/ tri-setting everything... usually lift for about 90 minutes and 10 mins of abs

    i am trying to cut up but just wondering if im contradicting myself...
    i feel i have a decent diet, and i do see nice gains ... or at least i think im seeing them

    like i said im about 173 lbs , my max bench is 270 , otherwise i just rep 225-235, 5-6x

    Im on the clen/t-3 currently, i started 3 weeks ago, so right now iv been off the clen for 8 days waiting to get back on

    i take about 50+gs of whey after my workouts in the morning, then i go running 30 minutes at night and usually devour the casien protein before bedtime (both i mix w skim milk)

    am i contradicting myself by taking the casein and such? should i stop using milk for the proteins?

    i figure my calorie intake has got to be around 1800-2300 calories a day

    im really really trying to go for that nice 8 pack look , taking forever lol...

    If you were my client I would have you take a week off from the gym and start you out at ground zero... re evaluating your diet and routine... your probably over training and not taking enough calories... but I cant possibly know unless I look at everything...

    are you on gear? Didn't see you say that you were. Just wondering.

    With all that cardio on top of your lifting, yeah i also think you might be over training @ your calorie intake.

    judging by your bench strength/height/weight you must be pretty lean and muscular already. How far are you from a solid 6 pack? IMO at your stats vs strength that clen/t3 cycle should take you to a pretty low BF%

    zane i would say its one of those things where u can see it in like a different light, from far away you can see cuts but when you get closer not as much, its like there but overshadowed by a layer of skin/fat...

    id hav to say im mesomorphic w the type of body i got...

    maybe i was understating my calorie intake... i want to say i do eat alot, i love eating
    i was basically just questioning if i should drop the casein at night cuz thats like 350 calories right before bedtime...

    as for the gear, like i said just the clen/t-3 which i started 3 weeks ago, i have a previous post bout winstrol tabs which im gettin blasted on right now

    i dunno i just thought like as soon as i took the clen id drop weight / fat instantly
    i read hours upon hours of research of the clen and i dont know i guess i think its working?? like i said it was only 3 weeks ago and im off it right now...
    i was takin up to 160 mcg of it... it seems to be ligit, im getting the side effects such as headaches and the shaking of the hands like whoa... i dont mind the shaking tho at all... im not really feeling a raise in blood temp... unless im actually at the gym...
