I want to shed some fat on cycle. I was eating over TDEE and cutting with cardio but now after 6 weeks I decided to try to shed some fat faster. Im starting T3 and going to add Clen or a EC stack with it. Never did either of them and was curious wich has better results and wich is a little safer on your heart. Im going to eat at around 500 below my TDEE, up my cardio from a hour 5x a week to a hour a day plus some basketball and bike riding. Was really trying to lean up with this cycle but I think im going to push hard to drop some BF. Diet is high protein and low carb. Clean food. I was ordering ARR clen tomorrow but figured I would try to get some imput. Thanks.
