Clen or EC stack ???????????
I want to shed some fat on cycle. I was eating over TDEE and cutting with cardio but now after 6 weeks I decided to try to shed some fat faster. Im starting T3 and going to add Clen or a EC stack with it. Never did either of them and was curious wich has better results and wich is a little safer on your heart. Im going to eat at around 500 below my TDEE, up my cardio from a hour 5x a week to a hour a day plus some basketball and bike riding. Was really trying to lean up with this cycle but I think im going to push hard to drop some BF. Diet is high protein and low carb. Clean food. I was ordering ARR clen tomorrow but figured I would try to get some imput. Thanks.

What are your stats?
How many calories are you taking in?
And what dose your current cycle look like?

whats the right amount of clen to take a day? i was told only take it for two weeks then two weeks off.
and my clen is from bulgaria, says 0,02 mg. what the hell isthat? 2 mg?

ECA by far..clen is overrated

That is what I have been hearing. Im going to try the Ec with T3 now and see how it goes. If I dont like it maybe Clen in my PCT.

A lot of guys on here love T3, but Im with laduem on this one. Why not start with the EC and see how it goes first. With your calorie deficit and EC you should see some decent results. I am a fan of Clen but can't deny EC is proven to work well.

yea, everyone reacts different to everything...just IMO if you cant get to 8% with ECA/Clen and without T3 your cardio/diet is off

I was asking because I was curious what you were running and what you were working with. You know, to get an example and learn. Maybe I wanted to run something similar to this and wanted to compare what you are doing to what I am doing.

My fault man. Didnt mean to be a dick. I just watch everyone ask for stats for any question. I was eating around 500 over my TDEE. And was doing cardio, basketball and bike riding to burn aound 800-1000 a day if I could. I feel Im getting leaner but no real size gain or weight gain. Wich is sorta what I was looking for but I think I want to shed a good bit more BF. I never ran a cycle with only Test E as the only real mass builder. The few I did had a shit load of sust and Deca . Wich I grew like a monster and dropped a lot of fat. I know its early in my cycle wich is 15 weeks. But on my other cycles I dropped fat so much faster and grew so much. Also I maintained within 5 or 10 lbs of starting weight and my size gains were just enormus. Of the few cycles I did I have kept a good bit of my gains each time. I just want to see a little more fat disapearing.

Oh about this T3. I guess I will drop it. I wasnt going to use it but its just sitn here. I got a buddy who wants it guess I will just give it to him. Pick up the EC stack tomorrow. Thanks for the imput guys.

I would go with a clen cycle, or a clen t3 cycle.

I hate clen muscle cramps from hell no matter what I do ECA all day.
