    maintain weight on clen

Im 170lbs 6ft prolly 10-12%bf pretty lean kinda c abs
i just ordered some clen from lion
And i dont wanna just shed weight, im looking to loose my last bits of fat but stay around 170 i hear different opinions on clen and strength gains also.

can anyone tell me if i could stay round 170 atleast while cutting on clen and what my diet should b like? doesnt have to be in depth just simply how many carbs, protein n fats i should take in.

Post this question in the diet forum. Clen will speed up your metabolism, burning more calories. It will not help you build muscle.

Why does it matter if you weigh 170?

you need to learn about diet and TDEE before deciding what and how much to eat for what you want to do. read the stickies in the diet forum. spend some time on them and you'll be glad you did.
