I am starting my first PH cycle next week and thought I'd check in with an intro post to make sure I didn't forget anything. I did my research and am posting my schedule for sups.
Here's my stats
22 Male 5'11" 205lbs ex wrestler 12%bf 315 1RM bench
Here is my cycle
Havoc 2/3/3/4 spread 4hr throughout day
MSM - 3g daily for joints
Taurine - 2g daily for back pumps
Omega fats - with Havoc to increase absorption
Aminovol - at night to feed my muscles amino acids on cycle and PCT
CEL Cycle Assist - As directed 2weeks before cycle and during PCT
Here's my PCT
Nolva - 2/1/1/0 well, ya know
Primal Male - as directed to rebuild test
ZMA - as directed nightly to rebuild test
Lean Xtreme - as directed to stop cortisol
Diet will be 1500cal over normal diet for me including two 30g pure isolate protein shakes with 20g dextrose for insulin spike and plenty of other protein and fresh fruit
Let me know if there is anything I over looked (man sups get expensive fast)
