    Why aren't bulk/cut cycles more popular?

    If you are doing a bulk cycle, such as say Test E and Dbol, why not add in some Var or some Winny as well so you get cut too?

    Why would you just do a Test E/Dbol cycle? You know you are gonna wanna get cut at some point, why not do it sooner?

    Why don't more ppl do this? Is it because they don't want to add in cardio to their workouts? (40 mins fast walk at the end of your workouts should be doable by every healthy person IMO)

    For me, the best ways to keep gains from a cycle is to increase calories going into pct. That means I get a little more bodyfat going through pct. Once PCT is over, I'll consume less calories and do more cardio.

    If I try to restrict calories at the end of a a cycle, I get very catabolic and lose a lot of what I gained in the cycle.

    Compounds don`t dictate results it's diet that will make the difference. Pick one or the other bulk or cut.

    how about growth hormone ?

    Bulk - surplus calories

    cut - calorie defacit

    Cutting and bulking are strategically different and cant be done together. you could however, do a lean gain cycle, were the gains are moderate and slow in coming, this would serve a clean/lean bulk ; many modern day bbs take this aproach.

    When you cut you need a cutting diet and the results aren't instant.. it will take the whole cycle to get good results long as you stay on ur diet and do cardio, so trying bulk and cut at the same time wouldn't work cause to bulk you'd have to eat above tdee so u cant cut while eating above tdee.. Pretty simple

    I think he means bulking and then later cutting within the same cycle. For example 6 weeks bulking and 6 weeks cutting. Most i think don't do this because after gaining new muscle you want the body to have some time to stabilize at the higher weight with the new muscle. Otherwise the body might just drop the new muscle quickly when you go into a caloric deficit.

    I really want to do this but I have researched this and every thread basically has everyone saying to pick one or the other. It sucks if you overbulk

    Why not start at a low bodyfat and do a lean bulk?

    Lean bulk all the way. Diet stays steady. Don't get fat. Manegable gains. Less side on cycle. That's my .02. Plus I'm to old to get fat its harder to loose now days. Lol. I also think its ok to dirty bulk in sum cases like, somebody wants to get huge and are able to do it proper.

    In a cutting or bulking cycle, the real results start coming in after week 5. what would be the point in stopping your bulk/cut cycle right when your about to see some nice gains? would be a waste of a cycle IMO. I'm not sure if this would even be smart but you might be able to get away with 10k bulk an 10wk cut on a cruising cycle. So 20 weeks straight, but im not sure if this would be safe lol

    I gain muscle and lose fat every time I cycle.

    AAS + GH + T3 + daily morning cardio + lifting 3 times a week + a good clean diet = Body recomposition.

    Fuck that bulk then cut nonsense...

    Im not questioning your success, but I've never done this and I've never seen anyone pull it off either. How much lean mass do you think you gain on a typical cycle?


    You won't build muscle without a calorie surplus. T3 speeds up your metabolism. Splain this to me....

    ive ran a deca test cycle for 10 weeks then dropped deca to a low dose for joint puposes and ran winny eod for 4 weeks from that point on for a total of 14 week cycle. It worked good for me.. Although i havent done a cycle like that again, I either bulk or cut now a days. But i tried it. I can say it is better to just bulk and not have to worry about cardio, put you focus on gaining good clean muscle and keeping it post cycle. Then when you cut you cut to get ripped as shit you know..My 2 sence...

    Well over the last 12 weeks my weight has remained constant at 18st 10lbs (262lbs) and I have got ALOT leaner and have made strength gains throughout - I would say I have lost at least 10lbs of fat so therefore gained 10lbs of muscle.

    Im sure you've made progress, but you're estimating your gains. Gaining muscle and losing fat simultaneously is very difficult. Im not saying it can't be done, but I haven't seen it.

    Yes it is an estimate but my weight HAS remained at 18st 10lbs and I HAVE got ALOT leaner.

    Funny cos on another board I post on alot of guys now acheive body recomposition i.e. losing fat and gaining muscle simultaneously and have moved away from the bulk then cut approach.

    Well Test E is basically a muscle gaining steroid, but you also burn fat while on it. So thats a very basic bulk/cut cyle right there, as long as your diet is clean.

    LMFAO...... almost done with my 1000mg/wk of EQ run and i'm actually not disappointed..... I didn't expect to get much from it to begin with.....

    Conclusion to my experiment..... EQ is still worthless for me.
