When Viewing DETECTION TIMES on this site I see the times listed till your clean, but does this include your test ratio levels being back to normal also???

No, that would just be to the point when the drugs are out of your system, and not detectable via a drug test. The time your levels come back up is a totally different time frame and pretty individual.
