A few beginner questions
I'm 18
5'7
175lb
i really dont care if ur gunna rip at me for my age, its not going to change my decision.. ive searched long and far.. i can't find one person who did their cycle properly and in the end damaged their endocrine system from doing roids too early
so here are my few questions.. I have only just started to research, and i'm not going to start aas for at least another half year, (so i will essentually start when im 19
1) Creatine on cycle?
2) What do u think is the absolute best cycle to run.. there are SOOOO many different cycles out there, how do you know which one is the best?
3) I have had acne when i was in my 15s-17s.. will this mean i will have a high chance of getting acne again when i start aas
4) I have puffy nipples (not gyno), will this be a disadvantage and will this worsen it to gyno?

1. You need to research more
You should already know what a beginners cycle consists of.
You should already know the definition of HPTA and what aas will do to it
You should already know that you are underweight.
You are 18... you should be taking full advantage of your natural test levels.

If your not going to listen and just do it anyway theres a little button at the top called SEARCH it will answer all your questions cause i dont think many others will.

You dont need anything but diet. your test levels should be very high at your age, take advantage of that and dont do anything that will damage your body that can never be fixed.

It really depends on what your goals are IMO if you take creatine or not. If you are bulking I would probably use creatine. As far as knowing which one is best you have to start basic and thats go with one basic compound to see if your body can handle it and then later on you can introduce more chems. The standard beginner cycle is 250-500mg test a week for 10-12 weeks. I had acne in my early teens as well and I really didnt suffer much achne problems after my first cycle. Just a few bumbs on my back witch is nothing rare being it was summer time. I have puffy nips as well and there was no gyno for me nore any signs of it but I kept something on the side just in case.
A little bit of advice make sure you get everything you need and dont half ass it or you will end up waisting your time and money.

all information you could have learned in like ten minutes had u actually read the stickys....but i know at 18 your way to busy and important to spend the time when someone here will acctually spoon feed you the info...i suggest checking your attitude or your stay here will be short....

Of course. All babies need spoon feed, he is not mature enough to now how to do any real research yet. Ohh btw anyone who does not agree with him is a douche. Hmmm sounds like typical grade school mentality.

I have not seen/read one decent contribution by you so far. Only bashing mods, telling vets they are stupid, giving bad advise and admitting you are UNDER 18 even though when joining you claim to be 18.
You are just another short lived newbie who can learn nothing here and has nothing to contribute.

I was like you, at 18 and wanted to use deca (yep it was the thing at the time), however I had decided to train hard for the next 3 or 4 years. However when the next 4 years did come I met my a fantastic guy called John Fisher (John Fisher came 3rd in the British Championships and a guy called Selwyn Cottrell 2nd and the amazing Dorian Yates was first) John had years of experiance... He was / is an amazing guy, massive back to! he trained with a guy called Albert Beckles and had learnt from him. He spoke to me about the gear and the pros and cons and because I looked up to him and respected him I decided to give it another year.
I trained hard for years... looking back now my diet was crap and I really could have made such better progress with good food , So then I said I would wait till I was 25: At 25 I met a girl and decided it still wasnt time to do it as I wasnt focused enough, plus found out a year later I was going to be a dad.
All pretty irrelavant I know! but... the point is I really did not have a bloody clue what I was doing when I was 18, 23, 25.... only now do I actually see the issues ahead with an adult mind (im now 37) and yes soon I will be doing my first cycle.
I have had a few years off training but always been back in the gym in the end. I now have a good solid base to work from so as soon as my body fat comes down a few % and my shoulder injury is good to go (this probably around september now) I will do my first cycle.
I think though that my results will be pretty unique in the way I have prepared myself / research / diet etc and that I will now and only now get something from this cycle that I could not have done when I was 18.
I am sorry to offend you but You look thin, you dont look musculer, you have no real frame and yes you probably dont really know about diet / PCT and you probably dont even know how to train correctly (you may think you do but so did I) and after your cycle when your system shuts down and you lose most of what you have put on. Are you prepeared mentally for that? Are you mature enough that when your mates ask you 3 months after your cycle if you are still training? (yes it happens - I have seen it) Thats what will happen if you do this without a good frame
Train hard for the next 5 years, you will get bigger, your mates will say "wow" etc etc and the bird will love you. EAT big and clean, be healthy as at the rate you are going you will be wishing you had waited. Theres a saying that my mum used to say to me when I was making a stupid decision and it was "I wish I could pass you this old head on young shoulders for just 2 minutes" .. now years later I say the same to my child.

just to correct u.. im not thin, im actually on the fat side (i look thin in my pic, its old) my bodyfat at the moment is about 15%
I am also quite confident in my diet/nutrition. If u really want, i can post it up for u guys
but you've given me abit to think about.

ok mate point taken but I still think you need a little more natural base there. You will put on mass gains if you have a nice base.
You should be eating 6 meals a day, a combo of good proteins, veg/salad and carbs. Good fats to are nessesery (fresh salmon / nuts / my fav: peanut butter )
Before you think about your cycle, post up your average diet per day so you can really get that nailed in to. That way if you start your cycle and things are a little off everyone has a starting point to help you.
At the moment though I wouldnt be to concerned about a little body fat as at 18 you can put on a little bulk - Its needed to get you stronger so you can build some good muscle. If your training hard and eating well there no reason you cant put on a hell of a lot of weight in a couple years.
Dont forget your compund movements: Bench, deadlifts, squats etc.. there the key at this point. I blasted the shit outta my legs the other day including: leg ext / leg press / hack squats / leg curls and calves and today I am killin! even my abs are hurting.. (missed the squats due to my shoulder)
Plenty of time for you bro, honestly! Why not put things on hold a while and post your diet up in the diet area saying you wanna put on some size? Get some good advice. Then post your training routine up and give it ago for a bit?

yep, i know i got alot of work to do.. progress has been incredibly slow..
diet....
meal 1 - muesli(oats), milk, 2 egg whites and a 30gram protein shake
meal 2 - Fruit, lean chicken breast, pasta, greek yoghurt
meal 3 - Lean Steak, potatoes, Vegetables, 2 more eggs (including yolk)
pre-workout - NO Shotgun
Post-workout - L-glutamine, 35gram protein shake+ dextrose
meal 4 - Tuna + Brown rice + Brocolli
meal 5 - lean chicken breast + Peanut Butter
meal 6 - Casein protein (10grams only) + Cottage Cheese, milk
I also take Fishoil, multivitamins..

try this :
Meal 1: 100 g oats
6 egg whites / 2 yolks
whey protein drink
Meal 2:
8 eggs ommette (2 yellows)
mixed in 150 gr prawns
50g veg (i cook in spinich and cherry tomaotes)
Meal 3: 100G whole grain pasta
2 tins tuna
50 g light salad cream
salad
Meal 4: 50 to 100 g brown rice
150g to 200g fresh salmon
salad / fruit
Meal 5: 2 chick breasts cooked in 50 g peanut butter
20 ml seaseme oil for stir fry veg
Meal 6: baked potato with tin tuna / cassein protein drink
(cassein protein takes longer to break down so great for bed time so you get a nice steady supply of goodness for 6 hours)
*creatine after training & a whey protein drink and yes take an omega 3 type supplement along with your multi vit, I would also use glucosamine to assit your joints if you are pounding heavy weights

creatine tho, im taking a break from for abit, but ill be back on it soon
but im just wondering, if i got my diet/training in check, do YOU recommend for me to start aas at 19?

if you get on track you wont need to take at 19 mate as you will see great gains, see how this goes for a bit then re-evaluate
No rush mate and plenty of time to get the most out of your cycle. But every year you dont is a year better IMO, so yeah hold off for now

You say WHEN you are 18, that means you are NOT 18 as of yet....
It's easy to try to back track and say you are because you probably lied when you signed up like many do but usually get found out due to slip ups like the above mentioned.
Saying you will wait a year or so means nothing. Hopefully if you do wait a year you will learn more between now and then and realize how foolish it is; I doubt it.
I have seen to many of your post where you are calling vets idiots and saying they dont know what they are talking about. A loud mouth like you I dont give any more slack than you give others.

yep i had abit of acne a while ago, and got bit of puffy nipples..
i asked "will a cycle affect me cos i had these problems?"
noone answered me
the closest i got for an answer was
