    Summer cycle comments please

    Haven't juiced for a few years and thinking of hopping on light cycle next month. i have the following:

    weeks 1-4: dbol 20 mg/day (1st time using dbol)
    weeks 1-10: 300 mg/week Test E (scirrox)
    weeks 1-10: liquidex .25 eod
    PCT: clomid, ld & clen

    29 yrs old
    lifting for 10 yrs
    215 lbs with 17% bf

    your bf is a little high. What are your goals for this cycle?

    yea i know the bf is high. i've been doing cardio 30 min 4x week with raquetball and surfing but i've always been a "bigger" guy. i'm goig to try and get down to 15% before starting. looking to add a little mass during the beginning and cut towards the end. Not trying to add too much weight, but more to just look better for the summer beach weather. i'm pretty sensitive to AS so not much is needed for my goals. (just a little more motivation). Diet needs some work as well. all in good time.

    also going to be doing morning cardio 30 min 5x week and weights in the evening.

    well sounds like you dont need the aas...

    but i imagine you are going to do it.
    Id say skip the test e and dbol. They are both know for water retention. Why not look into compounds like test prop and mast or eq and design a very clean bulking cycle?

    also, do 1 hour of cardio, 30mins wont burn much fat imo. 60 mins will burn more than double the fat of 30 mins. It takes a bit to warm up, depending on how in shaope you are.

    thanks for the info. my source only had the mentioned compounds and the daily injections are not for me. i've had luck in the past on test e only so figured i'd try out the dbol for strength increase until the test hits. i'll give the 1 hr cardio a try prior to starting.

    do you think the liquidex will minimize the water ret from the 2 compounds?

    Cardio wise i'm in pretty good shape. the racquetball for 1 hour 3 times a week and surfing keeps me in pretty good heart health. just got back from central america and was surfing 5 hours/day for 8 days with no prob but sore shoulders..

    i've always just had a tough time dropping down below the 15% bf range and i imagine is DIET.

    test e = mon thurs shots
    test prop = mon wed fri shots

    I did test e once with decca and never again will i do long esters. I got very bloated. I could look back in pictures and see how big my face was.

    I know letro will keep down the bloat, but you have to be carefull with that stuff. Too little estrogen makes my joints hurt and some say it hurts your immune system and libido.

    I have never used dbol, but to me it doesnt seem like a good fit for what you are looking at. What all do you have available to you right now?

    You are correct, diet is the key to every cycle.

    Right now i have one bottle of Test E - 300mg/cc (10ml) scrioxx
    100 (10mg) dbol (picked up a few years back and just been saving them)
    liquid clen
    liquidex
    clomid

    i just found out i may be able to score some 50mg VAR tabs so i'm thinking of not using the DBOL and sticking to VAR with the Test E. light on the test (300mg/wk) and Var for 6 weeks at 50mg/day.

    def researching the diet before starting and dropping the BF % dwn. Thanks for all the help.
