Question Most challenging time during PCT

Hey guys i was just curious; based on your experiences with AAS, what was the most difficult week during pct to maintain your gains and size? During what time did you lose the most gains and have you ever kept 80% of them?

Week 4... because by then all I wanted to do is cut so I could lose the fat that I had gained during cycle and pct. You gotta just deal with it for at least a month after though or else you will lose more gains.

Just put your head down and keep on keepin on. Discipline is crucial all through pct and after. The mental aspect and massive hormone fluctuations are the toughest for me. What's your pct look like? How have u recovered in the past?

Fvck PCT. The entire duration of it is utter shit. I hate it.

That being said, you have to take the good with the bad..

I cant stand clomid so im just doing HCG and Nolva for 4 weeks.Flame if you want, ha! Im currently a week and a half into my pct and I've only lost 3 lbs. I'm definitely not a bloated and puffy, lost mostly water weight. I'm trying not to lose any more than that, im keeping my calories up and I think it has helped

if your going to lose weight or size its going to be gradually. u dont just wake up and lost 10 lbs. and really the amount you will lose all depends on you and your genetics. aslong as you eat tons, workout hard and pct properly u can actually keep most of your gains. the hard workouts were the worst for me during pct cause i didnt even feel like working out but its all will power

I kept more than 80% off most of my cycles due to PCT IMO. For me the hardest part is after the clomid/nolva month for about 6-8 weeks. In that time I just wanted to be back on again...lol

I never really experienced much in the respects of losing gains, other than 5 lbs of bloaty water I had accumulated. I'm eating huge and actually gaining weight (finished last shot Feb 5, last Nolva/Clomid March 15 and have gained 10 lbs of reasonably solid weight since) My diet is excellent hovering about 6000 clean calories/day five - six meals depending how long I'm awake for

Worst was the lack of sex drive for weeks 2-5 in my pct, it got so bad that my girlfriend actually thought it was because of her. That was the only hard part about it, other than that I'm happy to not hafta pin myself every morning!

Dont do what I did last time. I was sooo beat up after the cycle was over I wanted to take some time off that was a big mistake. Every ache and pain I had on was multiplied by alot and I just should have worked through it but I really lost a lot after that.

My last cycle ended feb 27th and I ran pct and never felt like I rebounded and felt so poor that I started another cycle last week. I managed to keep most of my gains though but had no sex drive or energy and felt depressed as hell. I got a feeling Im headed to hrt soon.

The last cycle I lost 10lb of water. Lost about 10% strength. I usually loose less. This time I got sick for a week.
