anyone wanna estimate my body fat %?
hey, im 25 - 5'9, 174 just curious if anyone with some knowledge could give me a quick estimate... if i ask them to help me at the gym they look at me ready to charge me
im on day 2 of my clen /t3 stack
question w the t3... 25, mcg is literally like a eye drop correct... i got the syringe im just makin sure cuz its so minute...

Yea I agree. Def under 13%. I'm go between 7 and 8 and although I'm a little heavier, we have similar bodies.

Dude I wouldn't mess with the t3. You can risk losing too much. Just run some clen .

To be honest, I don't know homie. I don't think it would be a prob. I was a little under 205 when I messed with t3. Lost about 6 pounds in less than 2 weeks. Stopped after about 10 days and continued test. Didn't feel as strong. I just felt like I was burning muscle. Maybe others have had better results.

But with that said, when I decided to build back up I was able to stay lean. I guess I'm pretty much saying "I have no idea".

11-13% at most, what kinda cardio and diet you running?

try to do 10-15 minutes of running after lifting 5x a week
at night i try to do 20-30 minutes 3x a week
ill get back to you on my diet its very 'complicated'
