    what do u think

    hey guys im a newbie tryin to get mass on me. Saw this and what do u think for a first time newbie. Mass Stack 1 D-anabol 25 *; 1 Deca 200 *; 1 Tren 75 recommended dosage 1-3 capsules morning,noon night
    AND PGH 2 CAPSULES DAILY IS THIS SOME THING A NEWBIE SHOULD BE TRYIN?

    If your looking for mass I would concentrate on your diet, food will be far more beneficial than those vits

    i hear yah in the last month iv up my protien intake to 250 grams a day and carbs about 150 give or take all healthy food i just need a push iv seen in increase in strenth but no size. so on my post other than diet any advice
    i weight 215 6'0 22 years 35 waist

    protein 250 grams/day- 1000 cals, carbs 150 grams/day- 600 cals, total- 1600 cals not counting fat cals. So unless your eating around 2000-3000 cals/day from fat, you aint eating enough to grow brother!!! Try tripling those carbs, its not just protein, if the calories are too low you wont grow no matter what your taking
