No PCT, did not know anything about it back then. Gains? Went from 203 lbs to about 223 lbs in 8 wks, off 1 shitty bottle of test believe it or not. I put my heart and soul into that cycle, all I did was eat, sleep, lift.
Test-E 500 mg/w.
No sides on cycle, small acne breakouts on pct.
Gained 28lbs, did not lose much strenght or lean mass when coming off.
Felt like shit going off but nothing that affected my life...
Looking forward to next one wich will be Test-E/Deca

Have noticed a few sides such as oily skin and an increase in acne. Never really had a problem with acne as a teen so it's not hitting me hard, just more noticeable. Sometimes my voice cracks, it's like going through puberty all over again.![]()

Within 8 weeks I jumped up about 30-40lbs in my bench, over 100lbs in my squat, and about 50-60lbs in my deadlift. Don't have any idea how much my weight jumped, never been much of a scale watcher.
At the end of week 5 of 12 of sust 500mg a week with dbol 30mg ed for 4 weeks.

Well technically my first cycle was ciba dbol only about 10yrs ago I started at 10mg ED and pyramided up to 30 then back down to 10 over 8wks and no PCT of course.
This actually worked very good for me I gained 20 lbs and kept 12 or so strength was very good at the time I was training mostly powerlifting so I was all about the lifts and recovery was not bad actually. Didn't do any blood work but I never noticed any problems.
Still in it! Currently week 6 and I've gained 12 lbs (lean still have 6 pack) bench went up 55lbs so far everything else is way up too. Sides have not been bad. Oily skin, slightly elevated heart rate, feel hot, hard time sleeping some nights, slightly shrunken testies, and hungry all the time. Good side are increase in sex drive, stronger then Heman, high energy all the time after week 4, looking so sexy I now beat off to pictures of myself. JK about the last one...or am I? Oh I guess one other bad side...full of self.
I gained 35lbs in my first cycle, bench went up 125lbs, squat increased 200lbs, deadlift went up 175lbs.

Anyone who gains 30+ lbs on a cycle either wasn't ready to cycle or put on about 20lbs of fat.

i was in iraq and my diet was horrible, eating processed food and all other kinds of bullcrap but didnt gain any fat, lost 2" off my waist.

run sustanon 500mg/wk for only 6 weeks gained about 25 pounds didn't even know what pct was. i run this same cycle on and off 3 times in one year. by the end i had went from 210lbs: 255-260lbs bench: 325 1rep-350 4reps arms:16 in. -19in. pumped
it was the most dedicated cycles i have ever done everything revolved around eat sleep and workout. ah the good old days
