    I need your advice on muscle gain, please.

    Hi guys wondered if anyone had any advice for me.
    I’ve got a good routine going, but just need that extra push to be ripped for the summer....I’m at 16% body fat aiming to be down to 12%.
    Could anyone give me some advice on what injectable steroid to use for me to gain the leanest muscle? Preferably one that has a longer life, so I’m not injecting too much.

    I will advise that you exercise a lot instead of taking sport-supplement to lose weight.

    Winnie seems to work best for some people around here where i live

    you should prolly just read about the effects of them all and how there anabolic androgenic ratio might effect what you are looking for... any way what are you stats height weight AGE and prior training.

    at that bf% the easiest and longest lasting thing you should do is adjust your diet and cardio to reflect your goals. Eat cleaner meals, do more cardio, do better cardio, . . .
