I've read many times from gurus on this forum that if you'll get rid of excess fat and restrict your diet before cycle even if you loose some muscle, you'll get better gains from a cycle. I.e. after you'll begin cycle and begin to eat adequate amount of nutrients, you'll suck them like a sponge.
So, I'm interested if there something behind this or just experience?
Also I'm very intrested on the diet. I mean what make sense more: restricting some nutrient(s) or overall caolrie intake?
