    Test E Gains * Please Help *

    Hey guys,

I have been on Test E 500mg weekly for about 5 weeks now, my diet is average but is very hard to stay consistent because of my daily schedule. I have gained around 9 pounds, and i am wondering if this amount would be sufficient for how long i have been on my cycle. Should i have gained more by now? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Stats:
    6"1, 196 lbs, 8 % BF

no that is very good test e takes a long time to realy start gaining but if your body fat is still that low you are doing very good i am also at about week 4 of test e at 500 a week and gained the same weight so it is very comparable dont worry. just increase your calories for bigger gains if you start to have a hard time gaining weight at least a pound every three days from here out if you are new to AAS

I gain about 10lbs the first 4 weeks of the cycle of test e 500wk. Then it slows way down and will only gain another 10 the next 8 weeks. I attribute it to the fat loss that kicks in when the test really hits. But I continue to see results all the way threw. If your not happy, add more compound.
