    NOLVADEX Question

hi! i just want to ask something about nolvadex.
i know my question is stupid, but an honest and correct answer will be much appreciated. thanks! please don't get annoyed with my question. just a newbie and curious about it.

my question is: since nolvadex is anti-estrogen and can boost my testo, can i take it as a supplement type? like taking it for a long time every night before bedtime even if my pct is over?

thank you! AGAIN, please don't get annoyed with my question. just a newbie and curious about it.

It is a bit hepatotoxic, somewhat carcinogenic, and can cause other sides as well (libido issues come to mind). It also lowers IGF-1. It would likely be better and safer to use a Divaniil-based test booster or the like.

    No.
SERMs don't boost Test...at all, nor do AIs.

    Bona,

Perhaps I was too blunt, good catch. Let me rephrase this:

Nolva won’t increase Test to anabolic promoting levels, which is what the off-cycle user (23G) seeks. It will only raise Test 100-200% (depending on the documented source), which is high enough to aid in supporting PCT, but not muscle building.

You can use them during PCT. As long as they are just non-AI test boosters, they can only help.

Agreed, but an AI may do by changing the androge:estrogen ratio mate.

Something strong, very strong, such as Letro...

Vitor got his total T to well into 1000ng/dl here on Letro, he claimed.

I agree with Magic though. SERMs wont raise T enough to cause noticable gains in LBM/Fatloss IMHO. Neither will ANY supplement on the market today, I dont believe.

'Test Booster's', can come in handy for PCT, but nothing else.

I remember that idiot Anthony stating fodagia agrestis would get total T into the similar ranges as 250-350mg/wk exogenous testosterone. What a load of bullshit that was. I thought it may be possible at the time. Haha ha ha haa..

There are some studies available on the internet about using Letro to help boost T. This was in older men with decreased T, and used about 2.5 mg / week. The study showed that it brought their T into the upper end of normal range for young men. I found four studies.

Letrozole once a week normalizes serum testosterone in obesity-related male hypogonadism

The Effects of AI in Elderly Men with Low or Borderline-Low Serum T Levels

    This one was interesting:
Comparative Assessment in Young and Elderly Men of the Gonadotropin Response to Aromatase Inhibition

"Aromatase inhibition markedly increased basal LH and T levels and the LH response to GnRH in both young and elderly men. The observation of similar to greater LH responses in the young compared with the elderly does not support the hypothesis that increased restraining of LH secretion by endogenous estrogens is instrumental in age-related decline of Leydig cell function."
