Considerng my 1st cycle - Seeking Advice

Greetings, let me thank you all humbly before hand for your answers. Please bare with my ignorance as much as possible!

I've been doing research online now for the past few weeks and discovered tons of new information from the quests of others. However I feel now is the time to seek advice specific to my own goals. Shall we begin.

I'm 25 years old. Weight 160 lbs. Height 5'11. Weight trained for 3 years in high school. Took 3 years off in college. Got back on the fitness wagon as a tri-athlete and back into the weight room around a year ago.

I have a steady and concrete gym routine of 5 days a week with Sunday and Wednesday off. My diet is healthy overall and focused on protein intake. I strive for at least 1gm/lbs of body weight daily. Calorie intake daily varies - my life is too volatile to maintain it day in and day out.

The most I have ever weighed at any point in my life is 170. No matter how much I eat, exercise, train, or sit on my fat ass - my body will level at 170. I understand a strictly disciplined diet regime could get me past this hurdle, but I lack the life schedule to maintain such a controlled diet for extended periods of time. (grad school, parenting, job, etc).

My goal is to reach an sustainable weight between 185 -200lbs while maintaining a body fat percentage low enough to turn heads when the shirt comes off. Being cut has never really been an issue with my body type. The bottom line: I'm looking for a final outcome of 20-30lbs of lean muscle. This is my FINAL goal - where I would like finish and be for the remainder of my life. So I am not expecting (or wanting) to reach it on one cycle. My ideal first cycle would last about 12 weeks and leave me with approx 15lbs of sustainable lean muscle mass.

I am not planning to start anything for at least another 2-3 months and am strictly gathering information at this point. Any and all comments, concerns, input is appreciated.

I have considered several first cycles and narrowed it down to these few (minor tweaks will almost certainly occur).

    Option 1: Strictly Test E

    Week 1-12: 250mg twice a week (500mg total)
Clomid PCT - and everything else to control water retention etc.

Pros: Seems to come as an overwhelmingly recommended first cycle. Low dose. Simple. Effective.
Cons: I worry about ability to retain gains.

    Option 2: Stickily Deca

    Week 1-12: 400mg Deca
Clomid PCT - and everything else to control water retention etc.

Pros: From what I read, my ideal choice. Low side effects, slow and moderate QUALITY gains.
Cons: Deca only cycles seem to be frowned upon due to the loss of natural testosterone production.

    Option 3: Deca w/ Test E

    Week 1-12 500mg Test E
    Week 1-10 400mg Deca
Clomid PCT - and everything else to control water retention etc.

Pros: Seems to be the best of both worlds, I've seen it listed various places as a great way to start.
Cons: It seems like an awful lot of gear to get started on. I would prefer to be as discrete as possible - ie - I don't want to blow the f**k up in a short time.

    Option 4:
Same as 3 - but with half the dosages.

    Week 1-12 250mg Test E
    Week 1-10 200mg Deca

Is this too little of each to have any real effect? I really don't know.

Once again, if you've hung with me this far, my sincere thanks. Anything you want to throw at me will be greeted with open arms.

    Cheers

^ I like the honesty you have put up with your age and weight. You could have easily lied. Can we get some pics to better gadge your body composition?
