    Wink born again newb.

heres the deal I have been out of the gym for about 3 1/2 years. I used to be around 220lbs and 7% bf and in good enough shape to do amatuer shows. The only cycle I was using back then was deca (BD brand) about 300mg / week for 8 weeks max. I was taking a boat load of supplements as well at the time. common prohormones available at any supplement store or online. Obviously no pct (maybe 6-oxo cant remember) since it was deca. now on to the serious business. I was curious as to a good solid cycle to start out on. i've read quit a bit about pct and cycles but i'd rather have someone check out my stats and evaluate. I have been back in the gym for about 3 weeks. heres my current stats. i am 29 years old, 5'10" 202 lbs bf is 18% + or - 2% apparently. diet is great 1/2 the time and crap the other. I used to be a personal trainer so i know what i need to do. I just need a little help in this department. i prefer like possibly a deca test cycle (10 week max) or a tren and test cycle(10 week max). should I avoid nolva for pct ive been reading ugly things about it (not on this site) wether they are true or not i dont know enlighten me!it was just some post from 5-6 years ago on another forum site about the damage to ur body it causes. with the cycles i have listed i would also like to know the best pct and when i should begin and end the pct. next big scare is that the place i used to acquire the deca from is no longer around and i have no idea where to begin to find someone i trust. Seems like most websites are scams? really 99% that bad? this is what happens when you fall off the face of the earth for almost 4 years. where to start where to start. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR SOURCES OR HELP FINDING ONE. SO PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL OR TRY TO CONTACT ME WITH ANY.

****All the information listed above is purely educational, out of curiousity for my personal research and furthered education. I would never personally use or suggest anyone use or considering using anabolics of any kind. all replies are appreciated and considered helpful for my educational purpose.****

If you've been out of the gym for 3.5 years the best thing you could do now is eat clean (100% of the time), and hit the weights/cardio hard.

Get back and shape, and then think about a cycle.

I actually had to take some time off from training in grad school, so I know how tempting it is to jump right back onto a cycle,

but if you do things right, you'll have much better results, and less risk of injury.

So stick around while you're getting back in shape, and start reading the stickies and asking questions...
