First Cycle Draft - (notes and answers needed)
Ok after a reading around this is what I have drafted up for my potential first cycle.
Week
1 400 mgs Test E -- 20-40 mgs/day Dianabol
2 400 mgs Test E -- 20-40 mgs/day Dianabol
3 400 mgs Test E -- 20-40 mgs/day Dianabol
4 400 mgs Test E -- 20-40 mgs/day Dianabol
5 400 mgs Test E
6 400 mgs Test E
7 400 mgs Test E
8 400 mgs Test E
9 400 mgs Test E
10 400 mgs Test E
11 400 mgs Test E
12 400 mgs Test E
13 NOTHING
14 PCT Clomid --- Nolvadex /20 mg/Day
15 PCT Clomid --- Nolvadex/20 mg/Day
16 PCT Clomid --- Nolvadex/20 mg/Day
Clomid
Week 14 300 mg/100/100/100/100/100/100
Week 15 100 mg/100/100/100/50/50/50
Week 16 50 mg/50/50/50/50/50/50
That’s the cycle I have in mind... now just some questions I have if anyone could help me out with.
Since this will be my first time is it a good beginner cycle? – have I got all bases covered?
Should I get some sort of Liver Protection throughout the life time of the cycle? – Something from ar-r ? (im not sure if I am allowed to mention ar-r but others have i will remove if being told its not allowed.)
Something else that’s been on my mind – Test E is an injectable, how many ml does the 400mg become? Also how many ml per day would that be?
Should I run the novladex before I even start or during the whole cycle or only at PCT or during the cycle (when symptoms that it gets rid off)?
Also should i go both clomid and nolvadex or just one only? (nolvadex but not clomid vice versa)
should i stop Test E at 8 weeks and start PCT week 10?
one last thing dianobols - what amount would be best?

im 25, about 65-70kg not sure what that is in lbs 175cm in hieght
my body fat i dunno to be honest - i need to measure it but i don't know the correct method to do so. (thats another question i forgot to ask - how to measure BF%)
been hitting the gym for id say 2 years stopped for a couple of months recently due to unforeseen circumstances (nothing to do with me physically - or anything medical) though i have started again and plan to do a month or two months of hard work before i hit the cycle.

btw when i was younger (late teens) i did do sports so that helped out with fitness and muscle development (obviously not as much as you would get from training in a gym but im guessing most would know what im talking about).
