need more info, stats and what cycle are you planning on running...
you adjust the start time of the pct as to what compound or compounds your running..

31yrs old 3 years serious training thought i was 17% body fat but got measured and just over 15 bonus mostly trained for strength but as stated in another post now want to look more like bodybuilder im 5"8 220lbs

do as much research as you can before taking the plunge...as far as pct comid and nolvadex together.
do you have a cycle planned yet? since this is your first cycle you should stick to test alone..
