    beginner cycle question

Alrite I just to know if its possible to do only half a cycle and gain some strenght or do you have to take the whole cycle, im just wanna use a little bit of steroid to get to the point i want in the time i got i know a full cycle would probably be more then enought but i dont really want to get that big

    thx for the answer

    What is a "full cycle"?

A cycle is what you make it....you can run a short cycle or a long one. usually, the compounds used will dictate the length of the cycle due to their ester length and kick in times.

What are your stats and what are your goals? What length are you looking at?

    How old are you?

Unless your young and still physically maturing (this could be), you are much to light to use AAS. You need to have your diet in order. 6' and 160lbs is small. If you can't gain weight without AAS, you can't gain with AAS.

Also, if you haven't lifted for at least a couple of years, your tendons have not developed the strength necessary to handle the increased muscle load you will get from steroids. You will break connective tissue if you're not ready.

Steroids aren't the answer. If you can't gain weight without steroids, you can't gain weight with steroids. You have to have your diet and training down first or you're wasting money, jeopardizing your health and breaking the law.

    130 lbs bench press

    6 feet 160 pound
you don't know how to eat and/or train

yeah if you made your mind up about it then go for it there's no rule saying you have to be a certain weight to use AAS (it's like saying you have to have a specific IQ to cheat on a test) just dont be foolish.. research and know all about it, keep reading you have a lot to learn if you really want to do it then i suggest a couple hours reading each night, when your ready, then a 10 week test e cycle at 500 mg and you will be happy. Learn first.. about PCT, AI's, injection sites, do you even have a source for your steroids? your not ready as of now..

First off you sound like a kid, probably are under 21.

Second off, there are professional bodybuilders in our gyms that are coaches, they compete around the world. When it comes to diet/training AAS use, some of them have the most whack ideologies. What they say to you is not a passage from the bible, this website is your bible.

    240 g of protein a day
So fuking what? If you're not eating enough calories you won't gain weight. A caloric surplus is needed to gain weight, this is SIMPLE LOGIC. You are a retard if you've been training for 3 years and can't gain weight, and telling people that you eat 240gms of protein as if that alone is what matters when trying to put on muscle mass.

You simply don't know the very basics of just gaining weight. AAS won't do sh1t for you.

130lbs to 160lbs. in 3 months should be easily attainable naturally. It is not like you are going from 375lbs. to 405lbs. that is when it gets tough. Quit trying to take the easy route and buckle down in the gym and the kitchen, and you will get there.

This is pretty lame. Need to bench 165lbs and can't do it? Seems like if you put some time in at the bench you could easily get there in three months. That's 12 good chest days to build some muscle. Also, it seems to me like there is one thing nobody has touched upon. The fact that you are wanting to use steroids to pass a test to be a firefighter and then you never plan on using again. So, basically you want to cheat your way in and then not be able to lift what you need to for your job. Sounds good!

Forget all this steroids, diet, flame talk.

Your goal is 130 to 160 bench in 3 months?
    How many reps?
What king of strength training are you doing to accomplish this?
This should not be a problem...at all

You don't need steroids, diet(not that I'm knocking diet), or anything
    You're 23, 6 feet, 160 pounds.
You should be able to knock this one out without blinking.
Its not as if you're aiming for a future in powerlifting

    Post your strength workout.
I'm guessing you lack some tri, core, and lat strength
And its only 30lbs you aiming for. There are plenty of cheat tacticts you can use for a minor boost in bench stength at the test.

Steroids are not your answer for what your goal is
And your trainers are horrible and should be shot before they do to others what they have done to you
