multivitamin and glutamine are good ones to start with.
I take glutamine and a multi-vitamin with my cycles. Along with a bunch of protein.
Protein is an absolute must! ESPECIALLY if you are taking Deca!
All you need is protein, and that's just for convenience IMO. The other stuff isn't going to hurt, but its definitely not needed and if your gonna by a multi...my advice make your own because they all suck, the only good one I've ever seen is from Life Extension Foundation I think there website is www.lef.org (might be wrong though).
On or off cycle you should be taking muti-v, protein, glutamine, glucosomine/chondroitin and other bcaa's!
Just wondering if Deca 300mg and Eq 200 mg will be a good mix and how much should I take per week etc..?
Blazin the chronc helps u eat more, if u can utalize this ascpect of it then by all means go ahead
On or off cycle means nothing. Except possibly more supplements like Saw Palmetto and Milk Thistle. Just because you are on gear doesn't mean nutrition goes out the window!
