    Clen cycle need some help

    Iam on day 3 of clen cycle and iam flollowing 20mcg day1, 40 day 2, 60 day 3, 80 day 4, 100 day 5, 120 day 6-7, 140 8-12, 160 day 13-16, then two week break and repeat cycle. This is my first time on clen is this a good cycle? Do i take the clen all at once or divide it up threw out the day ?

    diet is good keeping only about 10-20% fat intake and 40-60% protein and 40%-50% all complex very low sugar carbs. but iam in Iraq and at a small base so don't have ascess to a lot of food so a lot of tuna canned chicken and protien and carb sub. So my diet is good iam right were i need to be. I am 218lbs and 9% bf trying to make it to 5% or 6% by may 17th. I have done everything all natural up untill now clen is my first cycle just need some help on how to take it.

    Yes, the way you're running the clen is fine.

    You can take it all in the morning, but when you start using higher doses you might want to split it up and take half of it later in the day, just not too close to bed time.

    Also, how did you get your BF checked? And dropping to 5-6% bf is quite the lofty goal, fyi.

    anything 100mcg or more, and i start to cramp up in my workouts. so just keep an eye on that, and you might end up dialing back your dose a bit.

    I get my bf by calipers digital ones i do it tell i get 3 of the same reading. I then get taped by my neck and waist and use the scale for that. I know the goal is hi but already went from 20% down to 9% in 6 months all natural no chem just threw diet, cardio, and training and maintaned most my weight i only lost 20lbs so gained muscle at the same time. So hopeing with a little help from the clen it will give the push i need to make it down to 6%.
