Hey, I'm on the 2nd wk of my test e cycle @ 500mg/wk. My goal is to lower my bf a few %, and hopefully not lose any weight. I would also like to gain some lean lbm if at all possible, but I know trying to accomplish all this at once is really challenging. My stats right now are 5'7" 180 @ 15% bf. I'm consuming roughly 2700 cals/day consisting of 300p/150c/80f (grams)
Some things you should know to help formulate your answer: I am VERY sedentary right now, and it's not hard for me to gain weight if I eat properly. All the calories are "clean". I workout 4 days/wk and do 25 mins moderate intensity cardio everytime. I was maintaining at about 2200 cals/day.
