    Advice please.

    Thanks in advance.

I'm 26 years old, 6"2, 215 lbs. Not sure of my body fat percentage, but the picture I uploaded is from today. However, I am what I call very fat right now. The skin around my stomach, and sides is very lose and when I sit down, or stretch it looks TERRIBLE.

Here is a little history... Before this last stupid relationship and PCT that I was in, I was in DAMN good shape. I had NO body fat, what so ever. I could sit down stretch, and be proud of how I looked. The relationship changed that. I got pretty chubby, and went up to a 36 waist. Well I got back in the gym, and started trying to trim it down. It wasn't working so I started the cycle I'm on now, and it helped a lot. Everything got tighter, my arms, chest, back, and shoulders all came together nicely, and got very hard. That's really not the problem though. The problem is the fat around my belly, and sides still. My diet is above average, and I run on the tread mill about a mile every time I workout. I also get in the sauna for about 5 minutes after every workout.

I'm trying to decide on cycling off, and starting a new cycle in a month that might focus more on losing this added fat, and tightening this lose skin that remains. Or, would any of you recommend adding something on to this cycle I'm currently on that might help?

    Thoughts?

My current cycle is a 20cc bottle of Wynstrol, and a 10cc bottle of Test Enanthate . The test is gone, and the Wynstrol has about 2cc's left.

That dosent sound like a very good cycle. My advice to you is do some research. Read all the stickies before you post here. Start your pct two weeks after last test E shot and focus on diet and cardio to lose the extra weight Before you cycle again.

I would look into a tuck if you are that bothered by it. nothing will work better and the prices on cosmetic surgery has dropped since the market is flooded with plastic docs.
the only other way to get rid of the flab is stay strong on your diet for an extended period. and let your skin get used to being lean.
check out thermo-blend (there are a couple of names out there I think another is helios) it is an injectable clenbutrol/yohubmine(sp?) blend that you shot sub-q with a slin needle it may help tighten you up.
