    1" pin for QUAD

    I just injected my quad with a 1". I usually do a 1.5" but my local pharmacy didnt have them this week.

    Is that still good for a quad even though its not as deep?

    I pin with 1" in my quad and it works for with me.

    yeah 1" for quad is fine...usually what most use for quads...

    glutes = 1.5"
    quads/delts = 1"
