    Calories for cutting @220lbs?

    I've done a few calculators online and they keep saying that to cut my calories need to be around 3300, there is no way I can cut on that, I was thinking 2200 TOPS. Im 220lbs 18% bf , weights 6 days per week and cardio 6 days per week at 45 mins. Does 2200 sound about right?

    You should go post at the diet section.

    2200 calories could be good, but the important thing is what you eat.

    6 times with weights and 6 times with 45 min cardio a week.
    I would do weights 5 times and cardio 7 times instead.
