ok this might be a dumb question, but im starting a tes cypinate cycle and following it with a winny after. I havent really heard weather i should stop taking a pre workout while im on the cycle. Do i keep taking it or not worry about it.

Oral steroids and some injectables raise blood pressure significantly. Pre-workout supps also do the same. You can be like a dude I saw on Youtube who gushed blood out of his nose during a squat.
I would stay away while you take the winstrol, but you should be fine while taking test only

I've run winstrol for 12 weeks and took 3 scoops of super pump 250 a day and was just fine. I also drink between one and two gallons of water a day. There's nothing in those pre work out supplements that suddenly become bad for you if you take steroids. If anything they work synergistically. Just be sure you are drinking enough water. Thats the only time I've heard of negative sides is when people got dehydrated. Make sure you are taking milk thistle too just fyi.
u can still use a pre-workout supp but I stopped when I started juicing. No reason to stay on really

Your body still needs creatine phosphate when it runs out of ATP and your body only synthesises 2 to 3 grams from the food you eat so it still makes sense to take creatine (although if you take it before your work out it causes cramps so better in the morning). Also, Argenine expands your bloodvessles and increases capilary expansion into your muscles which inturn increases nutrient mobility. B vitamins (that are in most preworkout stuff) are great at helping to eliminate free radicals and facilitating muscle repair as well a ton of other stuff. taurine increases energy output and muscle endurance. Caffein has been shown to decrease mental fatigue.
Now Steroids do a lot of these things too but not all of them. They certainly dont help manufacture creatine phosphate and depending on the type you are taking they can work counterproductive to some of these (for example tren reduces endurance). If you run out of ATP and Creatine your body turns to Glycogen and it will pull that glycogen from your liver before it uses all of the glycogen in your blood. You do an intense workout and run your liver low on glycogen and it starts releasing IGF binding proteins that decrease your bodys ability to build muscle. No bueno.
yeah your good to go...you should monitor your bp on cycle just to be sure, but its fine to run a pre workout supp..
Not sayin BigK is wrong here. He's right about blood pressure on roids.
I don't think winstrol raises your blood count much though and since its a DHT it doesnt break down into estrogen so water retention isnt an issue. Blood pressure increase is much more common with 19nors and regular Testosterons like Deca and Test and Dbol. Also, a good rule of thumb is the longer the ester on a component, the more water retention you'll experience. Winny has a very short ester.

Theres an interesting article on creatine supplementation on Tmucsle.com from a couple months ago. They are a steroid friendly bodybuilding site. The only reason I knew about it was cause the guy who wrote the article is a doctor here in CO that I worked out with a couple times. Its pretty in depth and changed my views on the topic. Informative to say the least.
It also depends what type, specifically brand, of preworkout supp you're using due to HUGE differences in caffine contents. The gear and mega dosed caffeine may be much for some. Also, since you are on orals, you may want a cleaner pwo drink (a few active ingredients such as arganine,creatine,beta alanine,caff,etc) rather than using one of the typical 400 ingredient blends that mention no dose but claim to turn your veins into garden hoses. These HUGE propriety blends do nothing other than pass through you liver and often make you shit.
Mega dose beta alanine a skip all the bs and you'll love it. It tingle, flushes you with blood, and gives you the rep stamina of a freakin machine.
Also, you may wanna try DAA, D-Aspartic Acid, @ 3grams/day during pct or between cycles. Simple amino acid and one of the only proven test boosters for young healthy adults.
Also, I think this was mentioned, but if you experience any muscle pumps or cramps, take 3grams of taurine/day

Also, sorry to rant, but alpt of studies are contradicting arganines effects on no levels, and new research is leaning towards carnitine.
Sorry again to babble, but it may influence your choice in pre workout supps
(Arganine can effect growth hormone release though, just @ doses of 6-9grams per day depending what type of arganine you use. But you'll sure as hell never find a dose large than 3gms in even the best of the flavored caffine waters((preworkout supps))

Yeah you gotta buy Argenine sups by themselves. I take 5 1000mg pills when I wake up, after workout, and before bed and I take two pills with my prework out
....

when im "on" i still dont change anything..
i train the same, diet the same, n' still take the same supplements as before.. i mean your still human, its not like your physiological needs are mutated and you require lead paint and asbestos to survive
