    Soft lumps on delts

Its 4-5 weeks after heavy cycle with lots of injections in delts...i was injecting glutes for first 5 weeks and then switched to delts for the rest cycle.....now all lumps gone away except from a mid size lump on my left delt....Its soft and painless....what is this? is this the scar tissue developed there from injecting lots of gear frequently??if yes then why other delt came back to normal?? i see that if i train delts hard or massage it hard with warming gel it gets better day by day.....is this a good cure or its better to go with 2gr antibiotics (orally) for 10-12 days??

    Thnx

So you had other lumps during this cycle also?

How long has this one been there?

Is it warm to the touch? Any fever type symptoms? Is it irritated and red? And you said it didn't hurt. I would doubt its an infection. If it's getting better with massaging the area, then keep trying that. No need for an antibiotic just yet.

i have the very same thing mate, not sure exactly what it is but a few people have suggested the lump may be torn muscle fibres which may have been over perforated from frequent injects in the same spot, makes sense i suppose, if it dosen't cause pain or bother you at all i wouldn't worry too much.
