    Another Noob Here

    What up fellas?
First of all Id like to express my graditude to all of you posters and philosophers that make this site work, and special thanx to admin for an outstanding good they're doing here lol. Nah, but seriously thanx.

Well im a 26 y.o. male with weight problems that have plegded me since adolesences, and haven't yet given up the fight.

When I was 17yo, 6'0ft, 310lbs and deeply infatuated with the girl of my dreams, I decided to change my appearance. Anyways to make a long story short, i lost 120lbs approx. 1year later. with help of "Xenadrine" a 4mile track and chain of local gyms.

Well 9 years later, im back at 300+, bogged down by 2 jobs and online school.
I'm slowly getting back in my rhythm and adopting my good eating habits

(99.9% lean chicken breast, tuna, steamed spinash, brocolli, mozorella cheese and egg beaters ) and on every Saturday I give myself 3 hours to cheat

Now, I just accquired some clen and some cynomel(t3)

My question is, if I'm dieting hardcore and doing intense cardio for 45-60 min a day (I consume approx. 1500cals and burn 900-1050cals on eliptical) are there any special considerations I should take in?

Are there any health concerns if should watch out for, being 120lbs over weight, taking clen & T3, dieting, doing cardio and on occasion free weight lifting?

Thank you for spending the time reading my tread.
Your Input will be deeply appreciated

You are running too much of a calorie deficit and will burn off muscle like crazy.

Wow, being that much over weight I would worry about the stress on your heart and a few other things (like cholesterol and hardend arteries). I don't know that a lot people on this site are gonna be too knowledgable about your situation. Most of us have never been that over weight AND taking intense weight loss drugs. I'm thinking the T3 is probably gonna be fine (as long as you dont give a rats about the fact that your gonna burn muscle too) cause that stuff is made for people with hypothyroidism which is responsible for obesity but I would seriously ask a doctor about the effects of clen on overweight people. Its hard on your heart if your healthy, let alone obese. You might be risking a heart attack. Not really sure unfortunately

    Thanx

Yeah, Loosing muscle isn't my biggest concern right now. I just did another 1000cal on less than a 300cal meal.

The heart issue and hardened arteries sound like something serious. I'll be making an appointment first thing monday morning.

    Keep the suggestions coming.

    Ps.
    Thanx for the input bros.

You should still be concerned with loosing muscle as well. Lean mass is what helps increase your metabolism to burn more calories throughout the day.

Watch the videos in this link, they explain the importance of not cutting calories too much when dieting.
