Of course you can use it. It will help. But yes, it also can affect your testosterone potency. In the end, it's all about prioritizing what's best for you...

Do you want your test at 100%, but with some acne... Or do you want to control the acne at some degree, lowering your test effect?

Sure I want my Test at 100% but with this acne I can't take of my t-shirt.
Why be muscle if you can't show your body at the beach?

I started the Dutasteride yesterday, I give you some news about the evolution.

    Thanks.

Great, lets see how that goes.
Dont forget to use an anti-acneic soap, try to take a shower at least twice a day... Some alcohol may help as an antiseptic, preventing the development of bacteria in the outer skin layer, but it dries your skin so use it only in the most affected areas.
If this is not enough, you can turn to oral and topical anti-biotics, such as clindamicin or adapalene.

I'm saying all this because I've severe problems of acne during AAS use, and this methods have helped me to control this the best I can without using more potent drugs such as isotretinoin.
