Going for my 3rd inject this weekend...both glutes are still sore. I'm straying away from quads because it's important that I be able to pull off a walk without limping.
It's a toss up between delts and pecs...i feel that i have more muscle mass in my chest. My only concern is working out those muscles afterwards. If it's anything like my glutes, I probably won't be lifting my arms.
