Hey guys, im pretty new around here, and i've been researching gear for quite a bit on here, and im thinking of getting my hands on some and making myself a cycle.
I have never taken any sort of gear before. I started getting physically active and dropped a lot of fat this past year. I also have a pretty good gym membership and started lifting a little over a year now. I estimate i have gained a good 5-7 lbs of muscle in this period, i put in hard work 4 or 5 days a week using a 3 way split, and the gains came from sleeping lots, drinking lots of water, eating protein and nutrient rich foods at high calories 6 times a day. I know that i am not near my genetic ceiling, but i figured i would run some things to get to my max natural muscle, then keeping it naturally, then not really use gear that much if i chose not to. From what i have heard, you cannot keep muscle above your max without cycling a little every now and then anyways. I am 20 years old. I know this is not an optimal age, but i feel that it is okay. Comments are very welcome.
I am scared to death of injections, and dont have much money anyways, so I thought i would just do a cycle of just dianabol @ 6 weeks @ 30 mg ED, then continue with a 21 day period of PCT. This is where i need the most advice. I know that running a course of nolvadex and clomid post cycle is standard for a cycle like this, but can i just use nolvadex? I would like to keep as much of the gains as possible, and i should use clomid to get my natural test levels up pronto, but does nolvadex cover this well enough or is this just overkill? Another question is about gyno. Should i ignore it then run nolva for 3 weeks after hoping to go away, or should i start taking the nolva mid cycle if i feel my nipples getting sore or if there is female tissue growth? or can i somehow do both? I wouldnt really like to just stick to nolva, and if necessary, clomid. Besides that i guess i will just try to eat a lot and put in hard hard work in the gym. Thanks for your comments.
