HGH for recovering from an injury

hi every body
i had an injury at my lift shoulder and i didn't train from 6 weeks
i went to a Physiotherapist and did ultra sound +taking some non steroidal Anti-inflammatory (mobic)
i felt better, but when i started isometric exercises (which mean train the deltoids without rotating the joint) the pain back again
then i stoped that and made Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) the results was
'' an ill-defined small area of bright T2-and STIR signal at the region of the ratator interval in-between the sub-scapularis tendons,with partial interruption of the adjacent short coraco-humeral ligaments''
tommorow i will go to bone doctor to know if it needs surgery or what
if i didnt need surgery
iam thinking in using cortisone+HGH
but idont know how the HGH cycle will be at this case as iam stii beginner
and i must make one of top 3 at the next competition to get a salary
plzz help mee

Un\foyunatly in my experiance with the drug it takes a good dose for an extended period of time to see healing and it comes on slow and its expensive too. I have heard great things about igf1 for this actually

but iam from Egypt i think this steroid isn't available here do you have another suggestion i will ask my dealer if he can get it
HGH and all steroids is less expensive in egypt than any other country
you can get test enanthat 250 mlg for 0.5 $

if HGH will help me plz some one tell me how to use it at this case

Im no expert,but have been taking 6iu a day for the last 4 months,i didnt notice much except better sleep for the first couple months,but in the last two months i have felt like it is the fountain of youth,i heal much better and do not hurt as bad in my bad shoulder.it is an expensive drug here,but working great for me.

at the deltoide or under the skin

holly mother, dude i am really surprise and angry in the same time.... "i don't have time for research" ...then why the hell you wanna do hg if you don't even know where to inject it? shit man, seriously do some solid research before you do anything stupid.
