has anyone stacked test ethane turinabol and winstrol how has it worked for you ? mind you im trying to bulk up a little and get shredded im 25 weigh 175 pounds im 5 ' 9 and wondering if this is good for me to gain strenght size and the cut i want id appreciate some help thanks

trying to bulk up and get "shredded" is like trying to walk forward and backwards at the same time..

if you weigh 175lbs i sure hope your like 5'5'' tall

Bro' when I run more anabolic compounds like test, deca, A50, dbol, or EQ etc. I am bulking. Amplify the calories. Intensify the work outs. Increase the weight. I do this in the winter when I am wearing more clothes. Come Spring, when the shirt comes off, I might do a cycle with compounds that having shredding properties, (tren, win, var, prop), increase my cardio and lean out my diet.

I agree with thaiboxa, I don't like to stack cutting compounds with bulking compounds as a very general rule.

thanks for the advice . im just getting back into this after three yrs i used to bulk in the winter and then cut for the summer. Is there something i can use to shred up but still gain some muscle mass ? do to summer right around the corner.

Well,,,, what I have learned.... is that DIET determines whether you bulk or cut. You can bulk on tren and winstrol, and cut on test and dbol. It is down to diet and cardio

yep.. and anadrol is one of my fav compounds to cut on.. its uber anabolic and great for keeping/gaining strenght while in a calorie deficit PLUS it makes my stomach feel like poo' so i dont have the urge to over eat n' cheat..

Thanks so winstol would be good for gaining strength and little mass and d bol to cut during the summer months ? Sorry if i sound like a newbie but its been a while, i train just about everyday and do not like the results im getting. Again your help is appreciated. and yes im 5'8 5'9 and weigh around 175 to 180 lbs and pretty broad for my size.

I have heard that Winstrol offers great strength while on a calorie defecit... but I have never tried it. Dbol gives a lot of bloat... but with the right diet, and an ai(if needed), bloat can be stopped.

You need to develop a diet plan.

After you develop a diet plan, then you can develop a steroid cycle.

So let's hear the diet... along with a realistic goal. Do not say cut and bulk. Say something like.... I want to be 210lbs at 10%bf
